Pacific Hazelnut Candy Factory will replace any product that is found to be defective with in its shelf life.
All product that a customer believes to be defective is to be returned to:

Once product has been received Pacific Hazelnut Candy Factory will inspect the item, and if found to be defective, will replace that item.
If the product is found not to be defective a representative of Pacific Hazelnut will contact the customer for an amicable solution to the concern.
Customer will be compensated for the shipping incurred on any defective product at USPS Standard Postal rates.
